IMPACT ORGANIZATIONS

For organizations ready to show up

as powerfully as the work deserves.

Your mission matters. The work is real. The impact is measurable.

But translating that into the narrative, visibility, and partnership you need?

That’s where it gets complex.

Maybe you're launching something new — a program, an initiative, a fellowship, a pivot — and need to move from vision to reality swiftly, and with intention. Or maybe the vision exists but hasn't yet found its form. That's where we start.

Or maybe you’ve been doing this work for years. The mission is clear. The impact is proven. But how you show up hasn’t quite caught up to the moment we’re in. The website feels outdated. The stories aren’t unified. New stakeholders don’t fully understand the culture, the need, or the impact. Connecting with donors — actual and potential— feels challenging or flat.

Here’s what we hear from leaders across all these moments: “We don’t need to do better work. We need the world to actually SEE the work we’re doing, and get involved to advance it.”

That’s where we come in.

Our

Approach

Whether you're launching something new or reimagining how you show up, we bring cross-sector pattern recognition and hands-on execution to help you translate the work you're doing into the narrative, visibility, and partnerships that advance it.

  • Before we build anything, we listen. Stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and cultural landscape research. This is where we find the insight that makes the strategy worth having.

  • We spot patterns across sectors. Research cultural moments. Identify partnership opportunities in places you wouldn’t think to look. Then we help you turn those insights into strategies that actually work.

  • You’ve got passionate teams with vision. Board members who need to “get it.” Donors at different levels of engagement. Staff navigating growth. Maybe a few consultants working in their own lanes.

We create the narrative framework that unifies all of it—so your website reflects where you’re headed, your board materials tell a coherent story, your fundraising isn’t starting from scratch every time, and new team members understand and align with the culture you’re cultivating or protecting.

  • What you need to build depends on where you are. Maybe it's the partnerships that expand your reach. Maybe it's the program architecture — a cultural activation series, a fellowship, an impact platform. Maybe it's the narratives that make complex work accessible. The storytelling — visual, experiential, written — that helps people feel and engage with your impact, not just understand it.

We figure out what's needed, then build it with you, not for you. Moving at your speed, building your capacity as we go.

  • You need to show results to funders, boards, and communities in ways that demonstrate real commitment and open doors. We help you develop impact storytelling that translates what’s actually happening into narratives that resonate.

What This Looks Like In Practice

  • Amref Health Africa in the U.S.A

    EVOLVE

The Challenge: A 60-year-old global health nonprofit needed to diversify funding beyond traditional philanthropy and connect with audiences who didn’t know their work.

What We Did: Reimagined their approach through a contemporary African art ecosystem. Designed cultural programming that positioned Amref at the intersection of art, culture, and health—creating new pathways for engagement and support.

    The Results:

Significant growth in donor engagement and revenue

Sustainable cultural infrastructure that continues attracting new supporters

Positioned the organization as a cultural leader, not just a service provider

“This partnership was thoughtful and impactful — our largest fundraising and greatest visibility to date, in no small part due to the team’s efforts. What I enjoyed most about working with Jyah was that she brings creativity and a passionate eye toward the future to the table. Her work ethic is unmatched, and her thinking is always one step ahead.”

    — Director, Development & Communications, Global Health

  • The Playback Fellowship

    PILOT/LAUNCH

The Challenge: New fellowship program needed to move from vision to reality in compressed timeline (90 days from funding to launch) with limited internal capacity.

What We Did: Developed Theory of Change, organizational positioning, and partnership strategy. Created materials for corporate and foundation funders. Helped design program infrastructure including curriculum frameworks, impact measurement systems, and the narrative positioning that would attract ongoing investment.

    The Results:

Launched successfully on aggressive 90-day timeline

80% program completion rate with 100% graduate satisfaction

100% corporate partner satisfaction (8/10 likelihood to collaborate again)

Created strategic foundation for scaling and ongoing investment

“There were critical pieces we could not have done alone, including our Theory of Change, universal deck, and overall corporate positioning. Jyah helped us move from instinct and passion to clarity and structure, without losing the heart of our work. When we brought Jyah and Everywhere Except on, we were both excited and overwhelmed. We had approved funding, a strong vision, and a very short runway to launch The Playback Fellowship. From the start, Jyah believed deeply in what we were building, and that belief gave us confidence that this could truly become real.”

  • Techbridge Girls

    EVOLVE

The Challenge: A 15+ year education nonprofit was transforming from traditional programming to systems change work. They needed a refreshed vision for impact and a unified narrative that could evolve with their transformation—all while continuing to operate and serve communities.

What We Did: Led collaborative vision development process, creating new mission frameworks. Facilitated cross-departmental alignment and strategic listening to surface organizational dynamics. Evolved brand architecture that united teams around the new direction.

    The Results:

Successfully navigated “building the plane while flying it” transformation

Created sa ustainable communications framework that continues to evolve

Enhanced cross-functional understanding and stakeholder trust

“Jyah helped us break down our new strategy into a clear and unified message that would better reflect our new direction, even though we were still building while flying the plane. Her ability to listen to the team and push us to get to the specifics of who we want to be and how it shows up in our work was extremely critical. Her approach was always to listen first and meet us where we are and then build from our strength. Her foundational support has put us in a strong position to continue to build and evolve our brand identity in our new chapter.”

    — Nikole Collins-Puri, CEO, Techbridge Girls
