Our Founder

Jyah Anise Hoy is a brand builder, social impact strategist, creator, and connector with 15 years of experience developing and leading grassroots and international initiatives for companies, non-profit organizations, and influential individuals. 

She has leveraged her expertise across multiple industries, including — fashion, technology, consumer goods, arts and culture, hospitality and sports.

Her career trajectory includes Morgans Hotel Group, followed by a transition into the creative agency world at Saatchi & Saatchi and Laird + Partners, where she worked with global brands including General Mills, Diane von Furstenberg, and Dr. Pepper Snapple Group.

Jyah’s introduction to the professional world started early, working as a child model, with credits including Sesame Street, Bruce Weber, Vogue, L’Uomo Vogue, Condé Nast, and Hearst. Her orientation towards stewardship was cemented at home —through her family’s respective impact commitments — and at her Friend’s Quaker school via their culture of service.

Since 2014, Jyah has brought these formative experiences and career expertise in leaving nothing on the table for global brands—developing ideas executed with the utmost thought, consistency, and carry-through across every touchpoint—to the world of impact-driven work.
