Woman-owned. Minority-owned. Deeply Human.

We’re a strategy and creative studio transforming possibilities at the intersection of business, culture, and social change since 2014. Our curated network of experts spans North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe - allowing us to build teams as unique as the visions they serve.

Our Model.

Excellence emerges from the perfect combination of perspectives and expertise. We curate small but mighty teams uniquely suited to your mission - whether that’s an intimate strategic partnership or a hand-selected collective of specialists bringing diverse perspectives to ambitious challenges.

Our collaborators transcend conventional boundaries - of geography, discipline, and industry - enriching our collective work. They’re industry leaders who’ve built companies, scaled impact, and transformed organizations.

From strategists and creative directors to philanthropy advisors and impact specialists, program architects and producers, each brings both vision and hands-on expertise to create new possibilities at every intersection.

Your work is always led by dedicated strategic leadership, with specialized expertise activated when opportunities emerge. This ensures you have the right minds at the right moments to navigate defining moments with confidence.

Our collaborators span individuals, nonprofits, companies, and philanthropic entities united by ambitious vision.

  • Compound is a creative sanctuary offering a rich blend of culinary experiences, health and wellness programs, and contemporary art. • Amref Health Africa is the largest Africa-based healthcare nonprofit, serving millions of people every year across 35 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. We strengthen health systems and train African health workers to respond to the continent’s most critical health challenges. Our Founder.

Jyah Anise Hoy builds pathways to bold possibilities. An award-winning strategist whose work spans brand strategy, social impact, and cultural production, she has shaped campaigns for iconic names from Diane von Furstenberg to General Mills, and purpose-driven organizations from Amref Health Africa to PolicyLink. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, Forbes, Fast Company, Time, BBC, and Bloomberg.

Born and raised in New York City, her perspective has been shaped by life in Miami Beach, Paris, Nairobi, and Lisbon, along with travel to over 40 countries.

Immersed in creative industries since childhood and grounded in social change through her family’s work and Quaker education, she brings an unexpected lens to every challenge. Her study of Art History at Trinity College - with its layered analytical approach examining history, economics, politics, and cultural movements - taught her to see how multiple forces shape creative expression. This methodology continues to inform her work today, where she weaves together analytical rigor, creative vision, and deep curiosity to unlock new possibilities.

Her path - from early work with Bruce Weber to leading strategy at Saatchi & Saatchi where she earned Effie awards for major General Mills brands, to partnering with iconic names like Diane von Furstenberg at Trey Laird’s - taught her to spot patterns across seemingly unrelated spaces.

Her collaborations include organizations recognized by Fast Company as World Changing Ideas and World’s Most Innovative Companies, pioneers honored by the International Woolmark Prize and CFDA [Council of Fashion Designers of America] for ethical innovation in luxury, and purpose-driven organizations like Amref Health Africa, Compound, Lonely Whale and PolicyLink.
