The space between vision and reality? That’s where we thrive.
Operating since 2014, Everywhere Except is a woman-owned, minority-owned strategy and creative studio founded on a simple belief: the best results happen when cultural intelligence meets strategic execution.
About Jyah.
My entire career has been spent helping leaders build better - because that’s where real transformation happens.
From scaling events and hotel (re)launches at Morgans Hotel Group to breaking new ground for my General Mills portfolio at Saatchi & Saatchi, reimagining legacy brands and exploring new markets for clients like Diane von Furstenberg and Dr Pepper Snapple Group at Laird+Partners - I’ve learned that breakthrough solutions often come from unexpected places. When a sports league faced a merchandise crisis, I saw training equipment. When a 60-year-old nonprofit needed fundraising help, I saw their cultural ecosystem opportunity.
Over 11+ years building Everywhere Except, I’ve systematized this approach into Strategic Intelligence - helping leaders reframe their challenges or opportunities by cross-pollinating insights outside of their daily worldview. Sometimes that’s turning annual giving into cultural movements. Sometimes it’s transforming corporate initiatives into industry-wide change. Sometimes it’s creating a vision for impact that unites internal teams.
I’m drawn to leaders who sense there’s a bigger opportunity - whether for their organization, their industry, their communities, or their sector - but haven’t seen it from inside their current context.
With partnerships spanning global corporations, high-growth companies, award-winning nonprofits, and philanthropic funds, we specialize in helping leaders build better through cultural intelligence and strategic execution.
